The curriculum is well thought out, combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills, which helps to better understand current trends in finance, management, and entrepreneurship.
I would especially like to mention the teachers — they are true professionals in their field. They not only share their experience, but also always support students in realizing their ideas, help them unlock their potential, and motivate them to develop themselves. You can feel that they genuinely care about the success of each student, and this creates a friendly and trusting learning environment.
I am sincerely glad that I chose this educational program. Here, they not only provide quality knowledge, but also develop leadership skills, teach strategic thinking, and how to act confidently in the field of finance. It is a place where you want to study, grow, and realize your dreams.

Oleksandra Oliinyk, UFFM-21s

Studying the educational program “Finance, Customs and Taxation” gave me the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in the field of finance, tax, and customs policy, as well as to understand the peculiarities of the functioning of the state financial system in the context of modern challenges. The program combines a fundamental theoretical basis with analytical, managerial, and research skills, allowing graduates to be competitive in the labor market and effectively realize their potential in state and private structures.
An important advantage of the program is its practical orientation, as the learning process combines theory with real professional activity. Students undergo industrial and pre-diploma internships at customs and tax authorities, banks, and auditing companies, and participate in guest lectures by employers, scientific conferences, and seminars. Considerable attention is also paid to working with modern software, analyzing financial data, and developing critical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
The knowledge and experience gained have become a valuable foundation for further professional development.

Sofiia Mykhalchuk, UFFM-12s

Studying the Finance, Banking and Insurance program was an important step in my professional development. The program combines in-depth theoretical training with practical disciplines, which allows students to understand the real mechanisms of financial markets, banking institutions, and insurance companies.
The modern teaching approaches used by the lecturers were particularly valuable — analysis of real financial cases, modeling of banking operations, practical tasks for evaluating investment projects and risks. The teachers are true professionals in their field, combining academic knowledge with practical experience in the financial sector. Their support and openness contributed to the development of analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions.
The knowledge I gained in financial analysis, asset and risk management, and skills in working with economic information became a solid foundation for my future professional activities. Today, I work in the finance department of an international company, and every day I am convinced that it was this education that gave me a fundamental understanding of financial processes, systematic thinking, and confidence in decision-making.
I recommend this program to anyone who wants to get a quality education in economics and build a successful career in finance—whether it’s at a bank, insurance company, or corporate finance department.

Poludvorianin Mariia, UFFM-21s

The educational program “Finance, Customs and Taxation” became a real discovery of the world of modern financial science and practice for me. During my studies, I gained in-depth knowledge of the complex mechanisms of the financial system, mastered the skills of analyzing financial flows and understanding how customs and tax systems work. The faculty of the Department of Finance and Business Management demonstrated not only the theoretical foundations but also the practical application of knowledge, which allowed me to understand the real challenges of the modern economy and financial management.
The combination of fundamental disciplines with practice-oriented courses proved to be particularly valuable. While studying, I had the opportunity to work with real cases, analyze tax codes and customs procedures, which significantly prepared me for work in this field. Lectures and seminars were organized in such a way as to develop both the analytical and communication skills necessary for a successful career in the financial sector. The faculty provided access to modern materials and software used in real-world work.
I recommend this program to anyone who is seriously interested in pursuing a career in finance, taxation, and customs. It gave me confidence in my knowledge, practical skills, and a network of contacts that have proven invaluable in the job market.

Bilas Diana, UFFM-11s

For me, the educational program “Finance, Customs and Taxation” is a combination of quality education, active student life, and many interesting acquaintances. As the youngest faculty at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, the Faculty of Finance and Business Management guarantees students effective teaching, rich practical experience, and immersion in the detailed study of the profession. A particular advantage of our educational program is the combination of many areas of activity, which provides students with a range of employment opportunities. A real asset of the educational program is the qualified teachers who encourage students to actively participate and offer interesting research topics. Their enthusiasm and creative inspiration motivate students to work and study harder. For example, last year I managed to take third place in the All-Ukrainian competition of scientific works and, as a result, became the winner of the Rafal Lemkin Award from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
In addition to academic advantages, the educational program “Finance, Customs and Taxation” is characterized by active cultural activities. Since my first year, I have been working in the faculty’s student government, holding the position of copywriter in the press center, and for two years I headed the Education Committee of the Student Council. These positions gave me invaluable experience and knowledge, as together with the team we organized a series of educational forums, lectures, and workshops for our students. Currently, I am continuing my work in the Faculty Student Council as a master’s student — I really don’t want to leave this team!
The educational program “Finance, Customs and Taxation” is about education, friendship, and sincere emotions that will remain in my memory forever.
