Course description

The purpose of the discipline is the formation and systematization of objective knowledge, skills, deepening of professional competencies in methodology and tools of project financing on the basis of Ukrainian legislation and taking into account domestic and foreign research for their effective application in their activities.

The main objectives of the discipline are: mastering by students of theoretical bases of project financing; study of the methodology of project financing; determining the place of project management in the organization of project financing; formation of knowledge about the sources of project financing, the cost and structure of investment resources in project financing, the peculiarities of the organization of various forms and types of project financing, the role of banks in project financing; acquaintance with the European standards of the organization and the basic principles of project financing with the participation of international financial institutions; formation of the ability to determine possible forms and directions of practical use of acquired knowledge.
