Опис курсу
The discipline “Budget Investments and Development Institutions” is an elective discipline in the specialty “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market” for the educational program “Finance, Customs and Taxation” of the second (master’s) level of higher education, which is taught in 3 semesters in the amount of 3 credits (according to the European Credit Transfer System ECTS).
The educational discipline “Budget Investments and Development Institutions” is designed to form in applicants the skills of effective use of modern budgeting methods. The thematic content of the discipline presents both an overview of modern investment concepts and processes and tools that are needed for effective management of regional development and its post-war recovery.
The purpose of studying the discipline is to study the process of budget investments and the role of development institutions in ensuring the stability of the functioning of regions
Objectives of studying the discipline:
‒ to master the theoretical principles of legal regulation, planning and effective management of budget investments and the activities of territorial development institutions;
‒ to establish the relationship between budget investments and the stable development of administrative-territorial units;
‒ to identify patterns and determine ways to increase the efficiency of budget investment management
‒ to study the role and importance of special development institutions for regions.
