МІЖКАФЕДРАЛЬНИЙ НАУКОВИЙ СЕМІНАР ЗА УЧАСТІ ПРОФ. МАТТІ ВІРЕНА «СУЧАСНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ФІСКАЛЬНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ: ДОСВІД ФІНЛЯНДІЇ»

На факультеті управління фінансами та бізнесу 13.09.2016 р. (у корпусі по вул. Медової Печери 53)  кафедрами економічної теорії, державних та місцевих фінансів, фінансів суб’єктів господарювання проведено міжкафедральний науковий семінар за участі проф. Матті Вірена «Сучасні проблеми реалізації фіскальної політики: досвід Фінляндії» (організатори: Зеленко В.А., Ватаманюк-Зелінська У.З., Мищишин І.Р.).

Студенти 5 та 6 курсу, які брали участь у даному заході, мали можливість обговорити проблематичні питання реалізації фіскальної політики у зарубіжних країнах та визначити перспективи її розвитку в Україні. У рамках конструктивного діалогу вдалося зясувати негативні чинники впливу складної економічної та політичної ситуації на ефективність застосування інструментів бюджетно-податкової політики у нашій країні.  Дискусію викликала нестабільна ситуація на сході України, яка ускладнює реалізацію ефективних заходів реалізації фіскальної політики нашої держави.

Визначення проблематичних аспектів розвитку та актуальність обраної тематики стали передумовою для організації наступних зустрічей студентсько-викладацького складу з професором Матті Віреном у рамках міжнародного наукового співробітництва.

INTERDEPARTMENTAL SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR WITH PROF. MATTI VIREN “MODERN PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF FISCAL POLICY: THE EXPERIENCE OF FINLAND”

13th September 2016 at Faculty of Financial Management and Business (53, Medovoyi Pechery Street ). Department of Economic Theory and Department of State and Local Finance and Department of Finance entities organized interdepartmental scientific seminar with prof. Matti Viren. The seminar topic was “Modern problems of implementation of fiscal policy: the experience of Finland”. The organizers of this seminar was Zelenko V.A., Vatamaniuk-Zelinska U.Z., Myshchyshyn I.R.

5-6 year students which participated in this event discussed some problematic issues to implementation of fiscal policy in foreign countries and were determined it’s perspective development in Ukraine. In constructive dialogue students and speaker were find out the influence of negative factors, difficult economic and political situation to efficiency of the instruments, of fiscal policy in our country. The discussion was caused by the unstable situation in east part of  Ukraine, which complicates the implementation of effective actions of fiscal policy in our country.

Determination of the problematic aspects of  the development and relevance of the topic of  this lecture caused next meetings of students and teachers with  Professor Matti Viren within international scientific cooperation.
