Scientific interests are focused on a comprehensive study of financial and people management processes in modern organizations and communities, in particular:

financial management and strategic financial management (formation of effective financial strategies for business and local governments, cash flow management, investment attractiveness and cost optimization);
financial communication and transparency (study of the role of openness of financial information in building trust in business and government);
people management and leadership development (psychological and organizational aspects of team management, staff motivation, formation of leadership qualities of managers, decision-making culture);
business and community synergy (mechanisms of effective interaction between enterprises, management companies and residents of territorial communities, development of the local economy);
risk management and crisis communications (study of models of response to economic and social challenges, management of financial and reputational risks, development of anti-crisis strategies).

Author of over 180 works, of which 70 are scientific and more than 100 are educational and methodological. In particular, co-author of the textbooks “Fundamentals of Marketing”, “International Marketing”, “Business Etiquette in International Business” (with the seal of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine), “Finances of United Territorial Communities”, monograph “Development of the Tourism Services Market in the System of Economic Security of the State”, English-Ukrainian Business Dictionary, author and co-author of scientific articles in professional collections.
