In 1994, she graduated from the Volyn State Philological Faculty, Lesia Ukrainka University majored in teacher of Russian language and literature and humanities of secondary school”.

In 2002, she defended her dissertation for the candidate’s scientific degree of Sciences in Public Administration at the Specialized Academic Council of Ukraine Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine by specialty
25.00.01 – theory and history of public administration (candidate of sciences with state administration, DK 017445). In 2008, he was awarded the academic title Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Methodology of Public Administration (certificate 12 DC No. 020387).

In 2011, she defended her thesis for obtaining the scientific degree of doctor of sciences in public administration in the specialized scientific council of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine by specialty 25.00.01 – theory and history of public administration (doctor of sciences in public administration management, DD 009436). In 2021, he was awarded the academic title of professor Department of Public Administration and Management of Organizations (AP certificate No 002592).
