The purpose of studying the discipline is for students to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in treasury in the implementation of operations to implement the budgets of all levels of income and expenditure.

The tasks of studying the discipline “Treasury System” are:

• study of historical processes of origin, formation and development of the treasury business in Ukraine and in some foreign countries;
• mastering the theoretical foundations for the organization of treasury services to the revenue and expenditure side of the state and local budgets;
• combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the application of basic technologies of treasury services;
• formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in managing public financial resources.
