Опис курсу

The discipline “Information and Communication Technologies” is a normative academic discipline of the cycle of professional and practical training in the specialty C1 “Economics and International Economic Relations”, specialization C1.01 “Economics” for the educational program “Digital Economy”, and specialty D1 “Accounting and Taxation” for the educational program “Accounting, Auditing and Taxation of Business”, which is taught in the first semester in the amount of 6 credits (according to the European Credit Transfer System – ECTS).

The purpose of the course is to study the theoretical foundations and principles of building modern and promising computers, the basics of programming, applied software systems, the ability to navigate computer networks, and basic training of specialists for the effective use of information and communication technologies in the process of solving applied problems.

Objectives of the course:

studying the theoretical foundations of computer science and the characteristics of computer technology, architecture, technological support of computer systems, algorithmization and programming, economic information processing systems, the use of network technologies in the study of socio-economic systems and solving professional problems.
