Involvement of practitioners in the educational process

On May 20, 2021, PhD, associate professor Iryna Yasinovska had a practical lesson on the subject “Business Economics” for students of UFF-22s. Olga Sivak, Project Manager of BUSINESSJETPRO, and Natalia Katerynets, Financial Analyst, joined the training. Such meetings help to strengthen the practical orientation of professional disciplines and form the skills necessary for further successful careers of financiers of the educational program “Finance, Customs and Tax Affairs”.

The speakers spoke about modern business challenges and their solutions based on the use of the BJet platform, which is adapted to the reality of doing business in Ukraine. Olga Sivak acquainted students with the capabilities of the BJet platform, in particular to perform operational analysis of information; to form financial, accounting and management reporting in one system; analyze the income and expenses of the enterprise; to form multilevel real-time analytics and other advantages of the platform, and Natalia Katerynets demonstrated to students the functionality of the platform and features of practical work, emphasized the importance of timely and professional analysis of the enterprise as a basis for making good management decisions.
The class aroused considerable interest among students.
The organization of such guest classes with the involvement of practitioners in the educational process helps to strengthen the competitive advantages of our graduates in the labor market.
