Charitable initiative of the Department of Financial Management “Book under the Christmas tree”

On the occasion of Christmas and New Year holidays, the department of financial management implemented the charity initiative “Book under the Christmas tree”. The teachers of the department, together with the students of the educational programs “Finance, Customs and Tax Affairs” and “Financial Management” presented books to children from the educational and rehabilitation center “Oberig”. On December 20, 2023, the book fund of the center was replenished with literature designed for different age categories. Among the books for older children – fairy tales, legends, myths, for the youngest – books with puzzles and interesting tasks. Books of different genres and styles, which were given to young readers, are connected by one extremely important feature – they all charge with optimism, instill faith in one’s own strength and the victory of Good over Evil.
In addition to books, the students prepared interesting entertainment for the children – they held a master class on making bright and positive Christmas cards, and also entertained them with fruits and sweets. In turn, the children recited poems and congratulated all of Ukraine: “May God grant happiness and freedom to the Ukrainian people, I wish strength and good for the people and the region!”
