CERTIFICATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACQUIRES OF THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

From December 8 to 20, 2022, attestation (state examination and defense of qualifying (master’s) theses) of applicants of the second (master’s) level of higher education in the field of knowledge 28 “Public administration and administration” specialty 281 “Public administration and administration” of the OPP “Public administration and business management” of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management, Faculty of Finance and Business Management, Ivan Franko Lviv National University.

The head of the State Examination Commission Koval Yaroslav Bogdanovych, the head of the Interregional Department of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service in Lviv and Zakarpattia Oblasts, and members of the commission highly appreciated the results of the attestation of higher education applicants.

Scientific studies of higher education applicants were presented for consideration by the Examination Commission, which revealed a wide range of topical issues regarding the state policy of Ukraine in the field of regional cooperation development, digitalization of public administration and the development of electronic democracy, the formation of professional ethics mechanisms in public administration bodies, foreign experience in providing state and public services, modernization of public administration, socio-economic development of the region, etc.

During the state examination and the defense of master’s theses, the graduates showed a high level of theoretical and practical training, applied modern scientific approaches and presented the results of independently obtained results at a high level, gave reasonable answers to the questions of the members of the Examination Commission based on the acquired theoretical knowledge and personal practical experience.
