Опис курсу
The discipline “Informatization Project Management” is a normative discipline in the specialty 051 “Economics” for the educational program “Information Technologies in Business”, which is taught in the VII semester in the amount of 4 credits (according to the European Credit Transfer System ECTS).
The purpose of the course is to develop in higher education students the ability to plan, organize and control the implementation of informatization projects of various industry directions, including projects in the field of information technology, digital transformation and management automation, using modern project management methods and tools to make informed management decisions.
Objectives of the course:
- to familiarize applicants with the theoretical foundations and principles of project management;
- to form an understanding of the processes of initiation, planning, implementation and control of informatization projects;
- to tea.ch how to apply methods for assessing the effectiveness and feasibility of projects;
- to develop skills in forming an organizational structure and project team;
- to master approaches to planning deadlines, resources and budgets, risk and change management;
- to master modern digital tools to support project activities;
- to form the ability to make management decisions in the context of digital transformation.
