Course description
The subject of study of the discipline “Management of state and local finances” is a set of forms and methods of organizational, legal and methodological principles of management state and local finances in Ukraine in today’s conditions.
The purpose of the discipline Is to expand and deepen students’ theoretical knowledge on issues formation and functioning of state and local finances and acquisition of practical ones
skills of application of tools of management of financial resources of the state and Local Government.
The main tasks Study of the basic principles of management in the field of state and local finance. Mastering the methods of making effective decisions within the formation and use of financial resources of state and local budgets, target budget and extra-budgetary funds, state and municipal enterprises.
