“Digitalisation in Finance” is an elective course in the professional and practical training cycle for higher education students enrolled in the ‘Finance, Customs and Taxation’ educational programme. The course has been developed to provide higher education students with up-to-date knowledge on the theoretical and practical aspects of using digital technologies in the financial sector.

The aim of the course is to deepen theoretical knowledge on the functioning of digital solutions in the financial sector and to develop practical skills in the use of digital platforms for financial transactions.

The main objectives of the course are:

–  to study modern concepts of digital finance and its components, as well as the peculiarities of the digitalisation of the financial sector in Ukraine;

– mastering the implementation of modern digital platforms in the financial sphere of economic entities, households, state and municipal authorities, and international institutions;

– improving skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis for management decision-making in the development and implementation of digital financial technology systems;

– mastering digital tools for identifying and protecting financial transactions in decentralised networks.
