Course description
The purpose of the discipline is to provide students with knowledge about the tasks and methods of budgeting and use them as a tool for planning and control in the current production and commercial activities of enterprises.
Main tasks:
- clarifying the prerequisites and benefits of budgeting in enterprises;
- study of the essential and semantic elements of the budgeting system;
- mastering methodological techniques of budgeting;
- ability to use budgets for operational control of implementation of management decisions.
