Defense of qualification works of the second (master’s) level of higher education of the educational program “Information technologies in business”

The final step in teaching applicants for higher education degree “Master” in specialty 051 “Economics” (Educational and professional program “Information Technology in Business”) is the defense of qualification works, which at the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics, Faculty of Finance and Business Lviv of the Ivan Franko National University, taking into account the quarantine restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, took place on December 21, 2021 online.

The examination commission was chaired by Roman Oksana Zinoviyivna, a business analyst at SoftServe. Deputy Chairman – Head of the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics – Doctor of Economics, Professor Shevchuk Iryna Bogdanivna; members of the commission: research and pedagogical staff of the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics – Ph.D., Associate Professor Myshchyshyn Orest Yakovych, Ph.D., Associate Professor Stadnyk Yulianna Andriivna, Ph.D., Associate Professor Starukh Anna Ihorivna

The results of scientific research of applicants devoted to topical issues of analysis, optimization and management of business processes, identification of business prospects for the use of specific information technologies in a dynamic market environment were defended.

Applicants demonstrated a high level of theoretical and practical training, applied modern scientific approaches and presented at a high level the results of independently obtained results.
