Open lecture of the associate professor of the Department of Digital Economy and Business Analytics Zadorozhnaya A.V.

On November 13, 2023, an open lecture was held on the Microsoft Teams platform by the associate professor of the Department of Digital Economy and Business Analytics Anna Volodymyrivna Zadorozhnaya from the discipline “Informatization Project Management” on the topic “Network and Calendar Project Planning”. The lecture was attended by students of the UFE-41c group and the teaching staff of the department.

During the lecture, the basic principles of grid planning, methods of grid planning and examples of their application for evaluating project parameters were considered, and an assessment of each of the presented methods was given. The need to take into account the scheme of the project triangle, which reflects the relationship between the scope of work, time, cost and quality, is emphasized when managing the project. The teacher demonstrated ways to reduce the duration of the project and estimate the cost of such reductions.

The use of modern software tools for solving tasks of grid and calendar planning of projects is demonstrated.

The presented lecture material has practical value and allows students to develop the necessary knowledge and skills in project management, including the use of planning software tools.
