The schoolchildren were satisfied after the class, having gained a new experience for themselves.

On April 26, 2023, the associate professor of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management, Olena Reshota conducted training on team building and soft skills development for the schoolchildren.

The subject of the training aroused considerable interest among the guests of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management, because the development of “soft” skills is today the key to successful self-development and self-realization of the individual in the field of professional development and career prospects in the future. After all, according to foreign studies, more than 90% of employers consider soft skills to be essential for successful employment and professional growth.

During the training, eleventh-graders had the opportunity to improve their communication skills, creative thinking, active listening, self-presentation and public speaking skills, argumentation of views and generating ideas, as well as the ability to successfully interact in a team. Young people showed quick inclusion in the training topics, initiative and originality when solving the tasks offered to them and left positive feedback.

We wish the schoolchildren continued success and hope to see them next year among the students of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management!
