Participation of teachers of the department of digital economy and business analytics in Educational Talks: “Business, power and education: strategic partnership for innovative development of Ivano-Frankivsk”

On September 22, 2022, on the occasion of the opening of a new office in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, the largest Ukrainian IT company EPAM Ukraine together with the “IT Ukraine” Association organized Education Talks about the innovative development of Ivano-Frankivsk through the synergy of business, government and education.

Iryna Shevchuk and Bohdan Deputat, lecturers of the Department of Digital Economy and Business Analytics of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, had the opportunity to hear the professional opinions of experts from various fields and ask them questions in the chat about:

• new promising areas of cooperation between business, government and education;
• education during the war: is it really the basis for restarting the country’s new economy;
• balance between offline and online learning for quality training of students;
• the most effective model of training in the future.

The guests of the event made important conclusions about the great potential of IT education in Ukraine, the importance of forming financial and IT literacy in the participants of the educational process, ensuring the maximum possible safety of education seekers during the educational process, the state’s need for young educated leaders.
