Participation in the online webinar of the company Performia Ukraine

On February 21-22, 2023, Oksana Vaskiv, a teacher at the Department of Digital Economy and Business Analytics of the Ivan Franko National University of Applied Sciences of Ukraine, attended an online webinar of the company Performia Ukraine on the topics “How to create a team that will turn your dream into reality” and “12 drivers of staff engagement.” .

Oksana Vaskiv took an online webinar course and had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills in the field of personnel management. In particular:

• How do staffing issues affect you personally?
• 5 types of employees;
• types of candidates for interviews;
• the benefit that a person brings;
• productivity in the organization;
• the reasons for customer separation from the company;
• employee involvement;
• drivers of staff engagement.

During the session, the webinar participants listened to the speaker’s life hacks and advice in the field of personnel management.

Such knowledge will be useful for improving the curricula of disciplines related to the issues of prospects for work in the field of personnel management, attracting personnel for students of the OP “Information Technologies in Business” and students who are taking the university-wide selective discipline “Business Processes and HR Analytics” at different courses of study, which ensures the relevance of studying and researching a certain topic, and the acquired skills are widely used in seminars and practical classes.
