Participation of scientists of the Faculty in the round table “Scientific and educational diplomacy: new challenges and tasks”

On June 14, 2022, Iryna Shevchuk, Head of the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics, took part in a round table “Scientific and Educational Diplomacy: New Challenges and Tasks”, organized by the NGO “National Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine”. Its participants discussed a wide range of issues, including:

modernization of higher education in the face of Russia’s invasion of the Ukrainian state;

creation of conditions for effective activity of scientific and pedagogical workers during the war;

organization of psychological support of participants in the educational process in higher education under martial law in Ukraine;

improving the management system of higher education in Ukraine;

realization of the right to access higher education in the framework of the admission campaign in 2022;

popularization of opportunities for foreigners to obtain higher education in Ukraine;

establishing international scientific cooperation in today’s conditions.

Identifying and monitoring existing and potential socio-economic challenges for higher education in Ukraine under martial law, timely measures to prevent and counter them – the key tasks of the state and government, which Iryna Shevchuk emphasized in her report.
