The participation of the teacher of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control, Doctor of Economics. Ludmila Petryshyn in the work of the second International Scientific Forum “Adaptive Processes in Education”

On February 7-8, 2023, Associate Professor of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control, Doctor of Economics. Lyudmila Petryshyn took part in the work of the second International Scientific Forum “Adaptive Processes in Education”, organized by the NGO “School of Adaptive Management of Social and Pedagogical Systems”, which operates at the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy, Kharkiv, and a number of other domestic organizing institutions from Kyiv, Kharkiv, Berdyansk and abroad – from Poland, Slovakia, Portugal.

Participation in the Forum took place online in real time on the Zoom platform. The main areas of work of the forum were presented by 8 scientific panels:
1. Adaptive processes in education in conditions of uncertainty.
2. Adaptation of the activities of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers and education seekers in the changing conditions of today.
3. Adaptive management of the process of formation of professional competences among future specialists in the field of education.
4. Adaptive management in education.
5. Adaptive processes of information and analytical support for the digital transformation of education and pedagogy.
6. Organization of research activities on an adaptive basis.
7. Adaptive processes in the educational activity of domestic and foreign universities in the conditions of European integration.
8. Adaptive model of professional development of educational management personnel, pedagogical and research-pedagogical workers in the conditions of an open university of postgraduate education.

In addition to the online presentation of the scientific panels, the program schedule of the event included: offline discussion of the presentations and issues of the scientific panels (advice, wishes, suggestions, recommendations, presentation of ideas, etc.) in the scientific and educational environment of the Forum, online discourse: reports of the scientific school “Adaptive processes in education”, positioning the work of the Forum on the websites of the organizing institutions, the scientific guide “Kaleidoscope of impressions” in the online mode, summarizing and systematizing the recommendations of the participants and agreeing the results of the Forum.
According to the results of the event, it is planned to release an e-collection of abstracts of the Forum’s reports. Each participant of the forum enjoyed communication with like-minded people, many new ideas regarding the development and use of modern educational technologies in educational institutions, and a personal certificate.
