Students of the Department of Financial Management discussed the problems of customs policy and international financial relations of Ukraine under martial law

On 30 November, a student roundtable on the topic “Customs Policy of Ukraine in the Context of Financial Security” was organised by the Scientific and Practical Customs Club (Department of Financial Management, headed by Associate Professor Yuriy Holynskyy).

Students prepared a number of interesting scientific and practical reports. In particular, the impact of the transition to a regime of managed exchange rate flexibility on the financial security of the state, the peculiarities of customs clearance of goods under martial law, and the fight against customs offences.

The participants had the opportunity to discuss the impact of a full-scale war on the country’s customs security and exchange rate, and touched upon the issue of approximation of customs legislation to the EU norms.
