STUDENT DISCUSSION OF THE SCIENTIFIC GROUP “THE STATE CREATOR” OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
On March 2, 2023, a student discussion of the scientific group “State Creator” of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management was held on the topic: “Formation of a positive image of the public authority in the context of the European integration of Ukraine.” The organizers and moderators of the event were the academic leader of the “State Creator” group, Olena Reshota and head of the scientific circle, student of the UFP-31s group Nadiya Bodnaruk.
The need to form a positive image of public authorities is due to the challenges of modernity, the European integration vector of Ukraine’s development and the need to establish an effective dialogue between state institutions and citizens in order to deepen the processes of democratization and ensure the transparency of government.
As part of the student discussion of the “State Creator” scientific circle, the theoretical and applied issues of image formation of the public authority were revealed, the formation mechanisms, image structure and modern tools for implementing the image strategy of public authorities and business organizations were considered.
The students of UFP-31s group Nadiya Bodnaruk, Nazariy Melnyk, Khrystyna Ochych, Viktoriya Bachyk and Maria Kormylo shared their scientific work, carried out on the basis of an analysis of the image strategy of a public institution using the example of the Lviv City Council, the Lviv Regional State Administration, and the Limited Liability Company “Eurolex-Lviv”.
The professors and teachers of the Department of Public Management and Administration and students of higher education of the EP “Public Administration and Business Management” participated in the discussion of the debatable issues.
