Solemn meeting of the Rector with employees and students of LNU

On October 11, 2021, in the Assembly Hall on the occasion of the Day of Lviv University, a solemn meeting of the Rector with the staff of Ivan Franko National University took place.

During the meeting, the Rector of the University, Corresponding Member of the NAS of Ukraine, Professor Volodymyr Melnyk congratulated the audience on the University Day and outlined the strategic guidelines of the University for the future.

The Rector thanked the staff of Lviv University for many years of hard work and significant achievements in scientific, pedagogical, and professional activities.

The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Financial Management and Business Andriy Stasyshyn, as well as faculty members who received the Rector`s thanks – Associate Professor of the Department of Financial Management Olga Sych and engineer of II category of the interdepartmental laboratory of information and technical support Lydia Budzyn.

Rector Volodymyr Melnyk also congratulated the students and graduate students of the University, noting that everyone contributes to the development and promotion of the University among society, and therefore, the opinion of each student is important for improving the educational process.
Victoria Vovk, a student of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management, received an award for significant achievements in scientific work and victory in the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers of the 2020-2021 academic year.
