SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR OF THE DEPARTMENT PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

On October 27, 2023, a scientific seminar on the topic: “Formation of the image of a higher education institution as a system of strategic actions” was held at the Department of Public Administration and Business Management of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv at the initiative of the head of the department, Doctor of Economics Hanna Komarnytska.

In her scientific report, Hanna Komarnytska noted that the formation of the image of a higher education institution is a complex and multifaceted process that requires a systematic approach. She identified the following main components of the image of a higher education institution: quality of the educational process, scientific achievements, international cooperation, material and technical base and social responsibility.

The seminar also discussed theoretical and practical aspects of forming the image of a higher education institution, as well as examples of experience of domestic and foreign universities in this direction.

The scientific event united all scientific and pedagogical staff of the department to discuss important aspects of forming the image of higher education in the conditions of modern educational space. The participants of the scientific seminar shared their thoughts and experience in this field, as well as took part in discussing strategic actions that can improve the image of the educational program Public Administration and Business Management and the department as a whole. This active discussion was extremely useful for all present. Such events provide an opportunity to unite the efforts of all scientists and create an environment for further research and development.
