Scientific seminar of the Department of Financial Management “Investment policy of structural transformations”

On March 30, 2023, a scientific seminar of the Department of Financial Management was held on the development of scientific approaches to improving the state investment policy. The scientific seminar was attended by teachers of the department and students of higher education in the first year of the master’s degree in the educational program “Finance, Customs and Taxation”. At the seminar, professor of the Department of Financial Management I.B. Nazarkevich made a speech on the topic: “Investment policy of structural transformations”. During the speech, issues related to the impact of exogenous and endogenous factors on the quality of the investment climate of the national economy, implementation of leading foreign investment practices were highlighted. The concept of the formation of the state structural investment policy, which should correspond to the strategic imperatives of the development of the economy of Ukraine, is considered, since it involves taking into account the parameters of the optimal industry structure, which is necessary to ensure constant high rates of economic growth. The model of state structural policy “4P” is presented based on the project management method at all levels of administrative relations, as well as differentiated parametric models of investment incentives in spheres and branches of the national economy. In general, the scientific event took place quite constructively, including a discussion of the prospects and directions of implementation of the state investment policy in the post-war period.
