PROVIDING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF TRAINING MANAGERS THROUGH MODERN EDUCATIONAL PUBLICATIONS BASED ON STATE BUILDING

At the Faculty of Financial Management and Business of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in the discussion of educational programs in the specialties «Public Administration and Business Management» and «Personnel Management in Public Authorities and Business Structures» specialty 281 Public Management and Administration on April 2, 2021, the training manual «Business Administration» edited by Professor Borys Karpinsky was presented.

It is noted that the practice shows the need for students to obtain both modern knowledge and preparation of educational publications that activate thinking and thought-making management decisions. Thus, in training manual (and this is its 2nd edition, Series «State and Management», 412 p.), Taking into account modern management views on statehood and the motives of stakeholders on a single basis considered theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of business administration, trends formation of the scientific worldview and knowledge of technologies and methods of change management in organizations, features of functioning of organizations in the conditions of continuous changes and transformations have resulted.

Students mastering the theory and practice of effective management of the organization; institutional processes and acquisition of fundamental knowledge and acquisition of practical principles for the organization of the process of change management and projects from the standpoint of state-creative patriotism of nation; formation of appropriate practical skills and abilities to apply universal tools for project development and implementation; formation of a system of knowledge on the theory and methodology of quality management and principles of construction and operation of its management systems, will promote the education of managers who can successfully solve the problems of modern business development, based on the principles of statehood.

The book includes 2 sections: «Theoretical principles of business administration» and «Business administration of changes and projects» with relevant topics. Also, test tasks for testing knowledge and a dictionary of basic terms and concepts are provided.

It is worth emphasizing that the reviewers of the book were educators from the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine – Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine P. Petrovsky; Lviv Polytechnic National University – Doctor of Economics, Professor N. Podolchak and the National University «Chernihiv Polytechnic» – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine N. Tkalenko.

The Business Administration textbook is intended for students and teachers of higher education institutions and can be useful for a wide range of readers who are interested in public management and administration.
