Participation in International advanced training on the topic: “Selection, preparation and publication of scientific articles in scientific journals indexed in databases Scopus and Web of Science” Associate Professor of Public Administration and Business Management O. Reshota

Associate Professor of Public Administration and Business Management Department, Candidate of Public Administration Olena Reshota successfully held the international advanced training on the topic: “Selection, preparation and publication of scientific articles in scientific publications indexed in the databases Scopus and Web of Science”, organized for scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of higher educational institutions consulting company “Scientific Publications” and the Research Institute of the Lublin Science and Technology Park (Lublin, Republic of Poland) in the amount of 1.5 ECTS credits (45 hours).

The program of international advanced training consisted of 12 hours of lectures, 20 hours of practical classes and 13 hours of independent work and covered the following topics:

• The main principles of working with Scopus and Web of Science databases.
• Services and indicators of journals in the Scopus database (ranking of journals in Scopus, and interesting aspects of the selection process).
• Web of Science in Ukraine (how to evaluate and select publications).
• Problems of independent publication. How to save time during the preparation of the publication.

According to the results of international advanced training on the topic: “Selection, preparation and publication of scientific articles in scientific journals indexed in databases Scopus and Web of Science” Associate Professor O. Reshota received a certificate.
