Open lecture of Ph.D., Assoc. O. Klepanchuk on the topic “Internal corporate management system”
On May 9, 2023, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Financial Management Klepanchuk Olha Yuriivna held an open lecture on the academic discipline “Corporations and Financial Infrastructure” for first (bachelor) level applicants of the educational program “Finance, Customs and Tax Affairs” on the topic “Inter-corporate management system” on the Teams platform.
The lecture was attended by students of higher education. UFF 21-23 and professors and teaching staff of the Department of Financial Management, Faculty of Finance and Business Management, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Associate Professor Olga Yuriivna Klepanchuk covered the following questions in a logical sequence, according to the plan:
- Building a system of internal corporate management.
- Structure and system of corporate control.
- Corporate culture.
During the lecture, students took an active part in the discussion of topical issues related to the content of the lecture: corporate governance standards, the internal management system of corporations, corporate control and corporate culture.
The class was lively, had the character of a discussion and contributed to the professional growth of students of higher education and increased their interest in the chosen profession.
