Round table with stakeholders in the framework of the All-Ukrainian Science Festival – 2021

On May 19, 2021, within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Festival of Science at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, a round table on “HR-foundation, audit, analytics, strategy, automation of business processes” was organized and held with the participation of teachers of digital economics and business. analysts, 2nd year students of the educational program “Information Technology in Business”, as well as students of economics and law, the Faculty of International Relations and the Faculty of Foreign Languages.

Stakeholder Ulyana Holovatyuk, HR at Edunav, was involved in the meeting and discussed the topic of the round table. She spoke about the subtleties of work in the field of HR and recruitment. Students heard useful information from the practitioner and were able to get answers to those questions that interested them.

The students prepared and presented their reports on the topic of the meeting. In particular, we are talking about the business plan of the startup. There were many useful tips on starting your own business (coffee shop) from Moiko Yulia, Kozlovska Olga (foreign language faculty) and Rudzivinsky Vladyslav, Vitaliy Fedak, Khrystyna Loboyko (law faculty).

Lenkivska Olya, Shydlos Sofiya and Ropchana Yana (Faculty of International Relations) presented a report in which they revealed questions about the company’s missions and strategic goals.

Zhyrova Daria and Samolyuk Tetyana (Faculty of Economics) presented to the participants of the online meeting a comprehensive study and comprehensive analysis of the company, which ensures its effective functioning among competitors in the market.

Students of the Faculty of Financial and Business Management Marta Lushch, Babiy Alina and Gula Oksana at the round table discussed the impact of HR-analytics in the practice of HR-management.

Such a meeting of teachers, students and employers is extremely useful and productive for all its participants. We thank the students for interesting reports, and Ulyana Golovatyuk for a meaningful report and we hope for further cooperation.
