Internship of the lecturers of the Department of Financial Management on the course of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of IFNUL
In the period from October 1, 2020 to January 23, 2021, lecturers of the Department of Financial Management assoc. prof. Kruglyakova V. and assoc. prof. Klepanchuk O. passed internships at the course of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers “Improvement of teaching skills”, organized by Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
The aim of this course was to improve teaching skills through the introduction of active learning methods, the development of blended learning skills and the use of information technology. The course included four modules, including:
- The basic principles of the modern system of higher education.
- Modern IT-competencies in the work of teachers.
- Professional communication of the teacher: psychological and pedagogical principles.
- Media literacy and international communication.
During the internship,lecturers had the opportunity to learn about modern requirements for the formation of the curriculum and improve their own programs in accordance with the requirements of the internal quality assurance system, get acquainted with the structure and process of preparing materials for accreditation of educational programs. In addition, thanks to the course, teachers gained skills in using modern methods and tools of communication, as well as mastered the latest technologies in the educational process, in particular, developed author’s e-courses on the Moodle platform.
The result of the training is training certificate – 6 credits (180 hours).
