Improving the qualifications of teachers of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management on the topic: “Fundamentals of grant activity and fundraising: international and domestic experience”

Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management, Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Olena Reshota, from March 20 to 29, 2024, underwent international advanced training on the topic: “Fundamentals of grant activity and fundraising: international and domestic experience”, Lublin, Republic of Poland. The organizer of the international advanced training (webinar) was the Research Institute of the Lublin Science and Technology Park and IESF International Foundation of Scientists and Educators.

The program of international professional development included the implementation of the educational load in the amount of 1.5 ECTS credits (45 hours): of them lectures – 12 hours, practical – 20 hours, independent work – 13 hours.

The webinar program covered the following topics: current issues regarding grant activity; financing of higher education projects with the help of grants; concept of grant, definition, typology and directions of implementation; fundraising as a mechanism of international support for scientific projects in Ukraine; preparation of a grant proposal step by step: foreign experience; grants for non-profit organizations (and how to find them): foreign experience, etc.
