IMPROVEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN YEAR OF SKILLS

On April 12, 2024, as part of the European Year of Skills in Ukraine, the Ukrainian School of Archetypes of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences together with the University of Management of Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.A. Makarenko, the Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Estonian University of Applied Entrepreneurship Sciences held an open guest lecture on the topic “Innovative nature of the economy of modern – postmodern society and its sustainable development”.
Lecturer: Vitaly Omelyanenko, doctor of economic sciences, professor, academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Technology, head of the Educational and Scientific Center of Project Technologies, professor of the Department of Business Economics and Administration of Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko; senior researcher at the Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; post-doc of the Estonian University of Applied Business Sciences.
The lecture was held under the auspices of the European Year of Skills in Ukraine and was officially registered by the National Qualifications Agency on the website of the European Commission of the European Union!
Moderator: Kostyantyn LADURENKO, independent researcher of the Ukrainian School of Archetypes, teacher of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

This was already the eighth open guest lecture from a series of public speeches by representatives of the Ukrainian School of Archetypes in the context of popularizing the results of research by the USA, which is planned to be held during the 2023-2024 academic year. The initiative to hold open guest lectures belongs to USA, in particular its leader Eduard Afonin – Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor, as well as the Department of Public Administration and Project Management of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Management and Psychology of UMO, in particular Iia Degtyarova – Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration, Professor.
The lecture was attended by Hanna Komarnytska, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management of the Ivan Franko Lviv National University, who shared her thoughts on the topic of the event.
The event turned out to be extremely useful for teachers, master’s and postgraduate students in the field of “Public Management and Administration”, as well as for everyone who is also interested in the development of the Ukrainian state, the factors of its victory in the war with the Russian Federation and the disclosure of the potential of military reconstruction.
The lecture was held online on the ZOOM platform. The participants received certificates of advanced training from the Ukrainian School of Archetypes and the Paris Center for Studies of Modernity and Ubiquity for 0.2 ECTS educational credits.
