Guest lecture on the academic discipline “Financial Analysis” for students of the 4th year of the first (bachelor) level of higher education of the educational program “Finance, Customs and Tax Affairs”

On December 7, 2023, a guest lecture was held as part of the study of the discipline “Financial Analysis”, which is taught within the OPP “Finance, Customs and Tax Affairs” of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education for applicants of the specialty 072 “Finance, Banking and Insurance”. At the invitation of Iryna Yasinovska, associate professor of the Department of Financial Management, Lesya Bashko, a specialist in micro-business lending from the Western Regional Department of JSC “PrivatBank”, joined the lecture.

             The speaker told the students of higher education about the peculiarities of assessing the creditworthiness of legal entities. She focused on the fact that banks evaluate the creditworthiness of enterprises, taking into account the data of their financial statements, but considerable attention is also paid to taking into account other factors, in particular, studying their credit history, business reputation.

             The lecture was lively, students took an active part in the discussion.
