Educational talk for students of UFP-21s of the educational program “Public Administration and Business Management” on “Ways to overcome stress during the war”
Since the beginning of the full-scale military attack on the territory of Ukraine, worries about one’s own fate, the fate of the state, stress and constant negative emotions, unfortunately, have become commonplace for every conscious Ukrainian.
The advisor of the group UFP-21s Assoc. Prof. Olena Reshota conducted an educational talk for students on “Ways to overcome stress during the war.” After all, stress is a reaction to the peculiarities of the interaction between the individual and the world around and is accompanied by emotional experiences, physical and mental stress, it causes extremely devastating effects in the long run on the body and emotional state.
The purpose of the meeting-dialogue was to discuss the personal experience of students in overcoming stress and consider effective methods of combating and preventing stress in everyday life and learning. Since the human body is a powerful mechanism capable of self-regulation and self-recovery and can cope with almost any stressful situation, the application of practical advice of domestic psychologists will quickly adapt to modern realities and minimize the effects of stress, because healthy, strong, calm educated people – the key to a strong and stable state.
