Defense of master’s theses of students of higher education of the educational program “Accounting, analysis and financial investigations”

On December 16, 2022, students of the higher education program “Accounting, Analysis and Financial Investigations” of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management of the Ivan Franko Lviv National University defended their master’s theses for the qualification of Master of Accounting and Taxation under the specified educational and professional program .

The master’s theses were completed on topical subjects in the specialty 071 “Accounting and taxation” using practical materials of the State Audit Service of Ukraine and the Western Office of the State Audit Office, JSC “Lviv Confectionery Factory “Svitoch”, PJSC “Zhydachiv Pulp and Paper Mill”, LLC “Ukr Volnat”, ” Condor Logistics”, “TseDePe” and other companies of large and medium-sized businesses of Ukraine and the Lviv region, in particular. As noted by academic leaders and external reviewers, the works performed have scientific novelty, practical significance and value of conclusions and proposals.

During the defense of their master’s theses, the winners skillfully reported the main results of the research, accompanying them with relevant presentation materials, answered the questions of the Chairman of the Examination Commission, Professor Volodymyr Shvets and the Deputy Chairman of the Commission, Professor Yevhen Romaniv, as well as members of the EC, associate professors Svitlana Honcharuk, Svitlana Pryimak and Anna Shot. The winners confirmed the level of general and professional competences obtained at the department of accounting, analysis and control and the ability to work in the chosen profession.

It should be added that all graduates of the educational program “Accounting, Analysis and Financial Investigations” work in business structures as a specialty.
