A student round table on “Customs policy and current issues of economic security of Ukraine”
On December 8, 2021, a student round table on “Customs policy and current issues of economic security of Ukraine” was organized by the Scientific and Practical Customs Study Group (Department of Financial Management, head – Assoc. Prof. Yuriy Holynskyi).
The students prepared a number of interesting scientific and practical reports. In particular, on the priority vectors of improving the management and implementation of customs in Ukraine, problematic aspects in the functioning of the customs space of Ukraine and effective ways to solve them, the introduction of foreign experience in the Ukrainian practice of customs control and others.
Participants had the opportunity to discuss the impact of customs reform on Ukraine’s foreign trade, prospects for foreign experience in customs and tariff regulation, features of the Japanese customs system, as well as other current trends and prospects for customs development in Ukraine.
As a result of the event, an electronic digest of abstracts and materials of the round table will be published.
