Practice of the department of Accounting, Analysis and Control

An important component of the formation of a competitive specialist in the labor market is his practical training, which plays a key role in shaping the professional competence of future professionals, because during the internship their professional skills and personal qualities are formed.  their expediency to the head of practice.

Practical training of specialists in accounting and taxation at the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control is carried out in accordance with the approved curricula, “Regulations on internships for students of LNU named after Ivan Franko” and provides the following types of practices:

for the educational degree “bachelor” – industrial (6 credits);  “Master” – industrial undergraduate (3 credits) and industrial specialization (6 credits).

The Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control pays considerable attention to the practical training of higher education by involving specialists in conducting classes, participating in online webinars, holding meetings with employees of leading global companies (Nexia DK, Auditors & Concultants, KPMG, Ernst & Youn),  and also actively cooperates with the Department of Career Development and Cooperation with Business of Ivan Franko Lviv National University for the employment of graduates.

The internship of graduates of specialty 071 “Accounting and Taxation” is an integral part of the process of training specialists in accounting and taxation and is carried out at enterprises of various forms of ownership, activities, as well as institutions and organizations where there is a basis for practice.

The bases of practice are enterprises of both private and public sector of economy and various types of activity, in particular such as: Energoresurs-Invest Corporation, PJSC Halychyna, First Private Brewery LLC, WESTERN UKRAINIAN-AUDITING COMPANY, COMPANY  Western Office of the State Audit Office, PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”, LMKP “Lvivvodokanal”, LLC “Roshen” and others.

So, the organization of practical training of future professionals at the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control is carried out during the study of disciplines of professional and practical training and industrial practice and aims to train highly professional and creative professionals able to adapt to modern economic and labor market requirements.
