Participation in the online webinar from the IAMPM Team “How can an IT-Recruiter himself become the best candidate for a position?”

On March 16, 2023, Oksana Vaskiv, a teacher at the Department of Digital Economy and Business Analytics, Faculty of Finance and Business Management of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, took part in an online webinar from the IAMPM team “How can an IT-Recruiter become the best candidate for a position?”».

What were they talking about?:

• What happened to the recruitment labor market in 2022 and what to expect in 2023?
• CV and LinkedIn profiles and basic mistakes;
• How to write a motivational letter that will be read?
• What do they really pay attention to during an interview for the position of a recruiter?
• Analysis of popular interview questions and how to avoid socially desirable answers.

The case studies from the webinar speaker were especially useful.

The online master class program was useful for improving the training programs of such disciplines as “Business processes and HR analytics”, “Information systems in management”, “HR manager and recruiter in an IT company (training course)” and ” HR-management”, which are read for students of the educational program “Information technologies in business” of bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
