Practical lecture from UGEN on job interviews in leading Ukrainian companies

On October 27, 2021, teachers of the department Iryna Shevchuk and Oksana Vaskiv together with students studying in the educational program “Information Technology in Business” specialty 051 “Economics”, joined the online event from UGEN “Profession of HR-manager”.

At the webinar, students had the opportunity to hear:

• what competencies an HR manager should have (Anna Dobrynets, HR Director of Imperial Tobacco);
• what to expect at the stages of selection to the leading companies of Ukraine (Anastasia Ovcharenko, Employer Brand Manager at Genesis);
• how the telephone interview with the candidate takes place; what is important to ask and how to conduct it correctly (Makarova Daria Valeriyivna, recruitment specialist at ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE);
• about the Assessment Center as one of the stages of selection, how to conduct it and how to prepare the task (Anna Yeremeeva, Associate Relations Manager at MARS);
  career opportunities for HR-manager (Olga Zarudnya, Talent Manager OJSC).
