PARTICIPATION OF TEACHERS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT IN THE ALL-UKRAINIAN METHODOLOGICAL SEMINAR “MODERN APPROACHES TO CHOOSING A PROFESSION: SIGNIFICANCE OF LEADERSHIP, SOFT SKILLS, ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS”

On March 30, 2023, the teaching staff of the Department of Public Administration and Business Management took part in the All-Ukrainian methodological seminar on the topic: “Modern approaches to choosing a profession: the importance of leadership, soft skills, entrepreneurial skills.” The organizers of the seminar were: Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, State Scientific Institution “Institute for Modernization of Education Content”, Committee on Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine, NGO “Association of Innovative and Digital Education”, LLC “Company of Intellectual Technologies “, NGO “Ukraine Active”, NGO “JuniorS”.

The main speakers of the All-Ukrainian methodological seminar “Modern approaches to choosing a profession: the importance of leadership, soft skills, entrepreneurial skills” were:

• Hryshchenko (Ph.D. of State Management, National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine), report on the topic: “Leadership as the basis of successful professional activity”;
• Beh (Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine), report on the topic: “Soft skills meta-skills”;
• Pazdriy, (Science of Economics, Associate Professor, Kyiv National University of Economics named after Vadym Hetman), report on the topic: “Development of entrepreneurial education in the post-war period”.

Within the framework of the seminar, the issues of increasing the personnel potential of education workers, the competitiveness of modern teachers and graduates, the implementation of a competent approach to specialist training, the influence of the leadership qualities of teachers on the educational process, the adaptability of teachers to external and internal challenges, the development of meta-skills Soft skills and the influence of the ChatGPT neural network were discussed. on the educational process and development of entrepreneurial education in modern conditions, etc.
