PARTICIPATION OF ACCOUNTING, ANALYSIS AND FINANCIAL INVESTIGATIONS EDUCATION PROGRAM ACCOUNTANTS IN THE CAREER FORUM-2024

From April 9 to 11, 2024, the Career Forum will be held at Lviv University, organized by the Department of Career Development and Cooperation with Business LNU named after Ivan Franko in cooperation with the Students’ Union and the Student Government of the University.
The opening of this event was attended by the teaching staff of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control, together with students of higher education under the educational program “Accounting, Analysis and Financial Investigations”.
The career forum is a large-scale and important event that brings together an active university community, leading Ukrainian companies and organizations, public and youth associations, as well as experts in the field of employment for useful and mutually beneficial connections.
KPMG, Simply Contact and PrJSC Concern Khlibprom became the general partner of the event. The event was attended by more than 30 companies, institutions and public organizations, which at the Job Fair, which took place in the format of stand participation, offered higher education graduates opportunities for employment, internships and internships, as well as sharing with young people practical advice on building a successful career .


Attendees had the opportunity to participate in interesting events within the framework of the Career Forum (student resume CV Awards competition, where active participants have the opportunity to receive branded gifts from employers), as well as trainings: “Types of interviews. How to successfully pass an interview” – speaker Anna Mishchenko; “Resistance to stress is the basis of productive learning and successful employment” – speaker Marta Shtoyko; “Key competencies of the leader of the future – what to develop for success in the modern world” – speaker Nataliya Padun.


Such events are important both for higher education applicants and teachers, as they contribute to a better understanding by applicants of current trends in the labor market, requirements for professional competencies of accounting and taxation specialists.
