Lecture-meeting for applicants for higher education of the Educational Program “Personnel Management in Public Authorities and Business Structures” with a potential employer

07/10/2021 applicants for the higher education of the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of education met with a representative of employers. Korol Olena – HR People Partner at Sigma Software. The topic of the meeting was Leadership in the organization and communicative behaviour in the organization.

Today it was more like a friendly exchange than a lecture: opinions from applicants and experience from the employer. Communicating with potential employers and stakeholders on a regular basis has become a tradition and a positive practice for us.

The topic of leadership is extremely relevant today, as it is one of the most popular skills in the modern labour market. What should a leader be like? What are the behavioural patterns of a leader? How to communicate with the team? How to distinguish a leader? And of course: how should a leader behave in the current pandemic.
