International scientific-pedagogical internship of teachers of the department of accounting, analysis and control on the topic: “Innovations in education. innovative technologies of teaching professional disciplines”

During June-September 2023, Loboda N.O. Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Accounting, Analysis and Control of the Faculty of Finance and Business Management of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, completed the International Scientific and Pedagogical Internship “Innovations in Education. innovative technologies for teaching professional disciplines” (“Innovations in education. Innovative technologies for teaching professional disciplines”), Katowice, Republic of Poland, Akademia Śląska.
The purpose of the scientific-pedagogical internship was to improve the qualifications of the participants of the internship, update their theoretical and practical knowledge in connection with the increase in requirements for the level of qualifications and the need for pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers to master modern methods of solving professional tasks.
The educational load of the international scientific and pedagogical internship was 6 ECTS credits (180 hours). The internship took place according to the following modules:
Module 1. Organization and educational and methodological support of the educational process in higher education (experience of Akademia Śląska)
Module 2. Innovative approaches to the organization of educational, methodological and technical support of the educational process in educational institutions of the European Union (on the example of Akademia Śląska)
Module 3. Science as the basis of the educational process. Publications in journals of international scientometric bases: theory and practice
Module 4. Organization of teaching of professional disciplines. Summary file.
The program included, in particular, participation in the work of the 6th International Scientific Conference “Modern Innovative and Information Technologies in the XXI Century” (Katowice, Republic of Poland, Akademia Śląska), participation in the scientific and methodological seminar “Organization of teaching of professional disciplines in universities of the European Union” (Katowice, Republic of Poland, Akademia Śląska), participation in the Collective monograph CONTEMPORARY TECHNOLOGIES AND SOCIETY: INNOVATIONS, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AND CHALLENGES, published by a Polish scientific publishing house (with ISBN index assignment) (Akademia Śląska).
The acquired knowledge and recommendations will be used to ensure the educational process of the educational program “Accounting, Analysis and Financial Investigations”.
A certificate was obtained based on the results of the internship.
