Employers’ Council
The Employers’ Council of the Faculty of Financial Management and Business is an effective partnership environment in which educational institutions, government agencies, businesses, and the public jointly develop a modern system for training specialists who can successfully realize their potential in the labor market, contribute to the development of Ukraine’s economy, and be a driving force for innovative changes in society.
The main tasks of the Employers’ Council are:
– to promote the improvement of the quality of education by establishing effective cooperation between educational institutions and employers;
– to ensure that educational programs are aligned with the needs of the labor market;
– to support the professional development of students and graduates, as well as to develop competitive human resources for the development of the economy and society;
– to unite the efforts of the educational community and business to introduce innovative approaches to the training of specialists;
– to promote the modernization of educational content and the formation of flexible professional competencies that are in demand in today’s dynamic environment;
– promote socially responsible training of future specialists, supporting the development of their professional and personal qualities, forming ethical values, and ensuring a contribution to the sustainable development of society.
