Higher education student of the “Information Technologies in Business” program, Viktoriya TESLYUK, worthily represented the faculty at the “Youth Model of the Lviv Regional Council”

On December 11, 2024, the Youth Model of ENT took place in the session hall of the Lviv Regional Council – an event that brought together active youth from across the region to study the mechanisms of local self-government in Ukraine!

The Faculty of Finance and Business Management was worthily represented at the event by a student of the UFE-31s group, Teslyuk Viktoriya (OP “Information Technologies in Business”), who, in addition to deepening her knowledge of various ideologies and the system of local government in Ukraine, also had the unique opportunity to become the head of the Nationalist faction within the framework of a simulation session of the Lviv Regional Council. Viktoriya confidently defended her nationalist views, arguing their importance for the preservation and development of Ukrainian identity and independence.

During the simulation session, the participants also actively discussed important regional problems, made decisions and felt like real deputies of the regional council. Victoria brilliantly demonstrated herself in her new role and gained unforgettable experience in teamwork and leadership.

The combination of training in the educational program “Information Technologies in Business” with participation in the event “Youth Model of the Lviv Regional Council” creates opportunities for integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience. After all, the skills acquired during training, in particular in the field of business analysis and data management, can be used to solve real tasks related to the work of the council. The event promotes the development of leadership qualities through group project management and the proposal of innovative IT solutions for public administration. It allows you to present ideas for automating processes in state institutions, demonstrating the potential of modern IT tools. In addition, it is an opportunity to explore how technologies can contribute to transparency and efficiency in the work of local authorities, as well as create a network of contacts with young leaders and experts who share an interest in innovation.

Participation in the “Youth Model of ENT” will help future specialists who are receiving higher education in the OP “Information Technologies in Business” specialty 051 “Economics” to better understand the needs of society and develop IT solutions that will contribute to social and economic development.

The organizers of the event were the Lviv Regional Youth Center, the Department of Youth and Sports LOVA and the Lviv Regional Council.

This project has once again proven that young people are capable of changing the world for the better!
