A student of the Digital Economy Public Enterprise successfully completed the Business Analysis Basic course from CRM Genesis
Olena SHEVCHUK, a student of the second (master’s) level of higher education of the educational and professional program “Digital Economy”, successfully completed the practical course Business Analysis Basic from CRM Genesis and received a certificate confirming the acquisition of modern competencies in the field of business analysis.
The training lasted 9 weeks and began on April 14, 2026. The course program was focused on the formation of practical skills necessary for the work of a business analyst, and provided for intensive study of real professional cases. During 17 classes, the students worked on analyzing business needs, identifying problems, preparing requirements for digital products, documenting solutions and monitoring the results of their implementation.
A feature of the course was the study of the specifics of business analysis in several areas of activity at once – e-commerce, logistics, restaurant business, taxi services and retail. This approach allowed us to form a systemic vision of business processes, learn to recognize typical patterns, and find effective solutions for various sectors of the economy.
An important emphasis during the training was placed on developing skills in assessing the business value of proposed solutions. In particular, Olena mastered approaches to calculating efficiency indicators and project payback, which makes it possible to make informed management decisions and argue the feasibility of implementing new digital products and services.
A significant part of the course was devoted to practical work on one’s own project, which became an important element of the professional portfolio. The final stage of the training was a simulation of presenting a finished solution to the customer, during which the participants practiced the skills of professional communication, defending their own solutions, and presenting the results of their work.
The acquired competencies significantly strengthen the candidate’s preparation for the OPP “Digital Economy”. The educational program forms an understanding of the digital transformation of business, data analysis methods, digital project management, and the implementation of innovative technologies. In turn, the Business Analysis Basic course allowed to deepen the practical aspects of business analysis, learn to work with business requirements, assess the economic effect of digital solutions and interact with stakeholders during the implementation of projects.
Successful completion of the course is a vivid example of the desire of the applicants of the OPP “Digital Economy” for continuous professional development, acquisition of relevant practical skills and strengthening their own competitiveness in the modern labor market. We congratulate Olena SHEVCHUK on another professional achievement and wish her new successes in the field of digital economy, business analytics and digital business transformation! 🎓💙💛
