Meeting of the student scientific circle “Digital Business”
On December 4, 2024, under the leadership of Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Yarema Oleg Romanovych, a traditionally scheduled online meeting of the student scientific circle “Digital Business” of the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics on the MS Teams platform was held on the topic: “Flexible approaches to management and legal aspects of the digital age”.
The topic of the meeting was chosen as part of the students’ study of the discipline “Digital Economy”.
At the meeting of the scientific circle, the speakers were third-year students of the UFE-31s group, teachers of the department and students studying for the ЕP “Information Technologies in Business” specialty 051 “Economics”.
The meeting was held in the form of reports prepared by students, recommended by the group leader, as well as further discussion of problematic issues on the topic.
The following reports of students were heard and discussed:
- Demchuk Alina – Startups as the driving force of the digital economy: a review of successful startups and challenges in Ukrainian realities.
- Panchenko Iryna – Challenges and strategies for copyright protection on the Internet.
- Tokaychuk Taras – Legal regulation of cryptocurrency in Ukraine: analysis, risks and international experience.
- Krailo Diana – Agile as a flexible project management model: advantages, challenges and modern tools.
- Teslyuk Viktoriya – Informatization of personnel processes: advantages of automation and challenges for HR departments.
The lecturers of the department and students of the specialty 051 “Economics” actively participated in the discussion of the problematic issues of the reports. In total, 36 people took part in the meeting and discussion of the reports.
