Open lecture by Igor ROMANУCH, Associate Professor of the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics, on the topic “MODELIZATION OF POSTAL LOGISTICS BUSINESS PROCESSES”

On November 15, 2024, an open lecture by Igor ROMANУCH, Associate Professor of the Department of Digital Economics and Business Analytics, was held on the subject of “Economic Modeling” on the topic “Modeling of Business Processes of Postal Logistics” for applicants of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education of the OPP “Information Technologies in Business”.

The lecture considered the issue of optimizing the operational activities of a postal and logistics company. The lecturer built an economic and mathematical model, as well as demonstrated an algorithmic and graphical model of the problem of managing the distribution of postal items. The lecture ended with a practical example from the logistics market and a solution to the formulated problem..
